PRLX makes corporate videos for Tasmanian organisations: brand and culture films, case studies, internal communications, training content and event coverage. We're based in Hobart and crew locally across southern Tasmania, with camera, sound, lighting and drone.

Hobart is our newest base. Since 2019 the same team has made corporate and government films in the Northern Territory for the NT Government, City of Darwin, NT Seafood Council, the NT Police Force, NAILSMA, Menzies School of Health Research, Master Builders NT and Territory Natural Resource Management. How it works

1. Brief — Who needs to see it, what they should understand or do afterwards, and where it will play: intranet, website, a conference screen or social.
2. Treatment — We plan the story, interviews and shot list in a treatment and script, so everyone signs off before the shoot.
3. Shoot — A crew on site with camera, sound and lighting, set up so interviews look and sound professional.
4. Edit & grade — Edit, graphics, sound mix and colour grade, with branding to your guidelines and your feedback on the cut.
5. Delivery — Masters for every place it will play, plus shorter cutdowns for social or internal channels.

If the film has to explain something clearly, carry your brand properly and get through an approval process, it helps to have one team handle it from brief to final file.

Yes. We bring camera, sound and lighting to your office, site or campus anywhere across southern Tasmania.

Can you livestream our conference or event?

Yes. We run multicam livestreams with live switching and branded graphics and overlays, and record a master so you can cut highlights afterwards.

Do you only work in Hobart?

No. We crew across southern Tasmania, including Greater Hobart, the Huon Valley and the Derwent Valley, and take on work statewide. With offices in Tasmania and the NT, we're uniquely positioned to work Australia wide.
